Build Off: Middle-Earth

The theme, contestants, and judges have been chosen for the middle-earth build off!

Theme:
The theme for this build off is middle-earth as chosen by players via the poll on this blog. The middle-earth theme is from The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit.

Contest dates:
The contest will begin on Sunday March 22nd and end on Sunday April 19th. During this time period contestants will have to build a middle-earth themed build, town, or anything they can think of!

Rules and notes: 

• Contestants build alone, and cannot be given building help by friends. Friends and other players are allowed to give contestants advice on the contestants build.
• If the build a contestant submits does not comply to the theme then it will have points deducted from the final score.
• All contestants builds will be built on a plot given to them in the big creative world.
• Builds will be judged the day after the contest ends.
• All builds will be judged with the default texture pack with no mods.
• Contestants must NOT copy other peoples work.

Prizes:

All contestants in the build off have a chance at earning the builder rank. The winners build will be featured on a blog post when the winner is announced. The winner will also receive his/her name on the Crafting Crafter contest winners page (http://craftingcrafter.com/winners.html) on the website.

The winner and contestant that comes in second place will also get a prize of in-game cash and a special other prize!
