Recruiting Experienced Java Coders

Hey guys, we're recruiting people who are intermediate - advanced, java coders (knowledge of bukkit preferred).

As our population expands, we'd like to add special custom plug-ins, instead of normal things like One in the Chamber, and Survival Games (As examples).

Requirements:
You must have skype.
You must know how to code, or at least have some knowledge and are willing to learn!
You must be able to be online, almost every day and have a microphone to chat.
