PlotMe Donor Limits Increased

As promised, today we increased the donor rank's max amount of claimable PlotMe plots.

The VID rank, can now claim 3 plots instead of 2.
The VIDI rank, can now claim 4 plots instead of 3.

We've also released a small bug-fix update for Prop Hunt, fixing the occasional double-end game message, and other various bugs.
