1.2.3 Testing.

I've been testing things on the 1.2.3-craftbukkitR0.2 on our test server. Out of all our plug-ins about a quarter have been tested and are currently being worked on. The results so far are: 13 Tested, Successful, 1 Failed, 26 Untested making it a pretty successful test so far.
If a RB from bukkit comes out during the testing we will switch to testing the new RB.
If a new beta build comes out (Probably craftbukkit-1.2.3-R0.3) we will not change testing to new version as long as we have not experienced any errors/bugs, and as long as the new update does not have critical fixes.
If we have finished testing and applied the beta build to our server and a RB comes out we will start testing plug-ins on the RB then when that is all successful we will change to the RB.
