The Rollback Plug-ins

Well after researching for a few hours I concluded that the BigBrother plug-in was the best of the 3 rollback plug-ins out there.

Of course it's not updated but I've seen other people using BigBrother on a 1.0.0 server.
So I tried it, it didn't work... so I tried the Hawkeye plug-in our 2nd choice, and that didn't work either. I didn't bother trying to get LogBlock (my third choice) I thought it better to try some more with Hawkeye and there goes half of this day, atm it's still not working.

I did resolve one problem we had though.
Before i fixed it when i shut down the server there would still be a server up there but a different world?!? So after talking to the Nitrous-Network Support they set it up and is now fixed!

Public without rollback?


From the beginning, I was/am NOT making the server public without a rollback plug-in,
so unless I can get Hawkeye to work (and if not that then possibly Logblock) then I'm not sure how we're supposed to prevent / fix griefing when we go public. At the moment we're still working hard along with the Nitrous-Network support to find the problem with Hawkeye.

But basically unless you're good with MySQL and making minecraft plug-ins i don't think BigBrother is the right choice. BigBrother is unsupported and doesn't look like it will be being updated any time soon.

Some people say they've gotten it to work others say it doesn't.
