After looking through all the plug-ins, I noticed about 85% are updated, and the others are being updated soon or may work without needing to be updated. So, on that note I'll tell you that Bukkit released a Beta Build last night, what I plan to do, is wait 1 or 2 days to let the plug-ins update to the Beta Build and then update the server.

I've heard quite a few people say "I can't figure out how to update" so I figured I'd give a quick tutorial on how I did it.
1: Go to this link: https://mojang.com/2013/07/minecraft-the-horse-update/ and scroll down until you find the section where you can download the launcher.
2: Download the correct launcher corresponding to your gaming computer. e.g: PC/MAC/Linux etc...
3: After the program has downloaded it, launch it.
4: The new launch screen is very odd but if you play around with it for a few minutes and enter your account into it you should be able to get it working pretty quickly.
